train and mentor the talented youth of South Africa.

To promote sales of the Shield deodorant we created a competition inviting young talent
to enter to stand a chance to win the opportunity of training with some of the world's
best football stars from the Chelsea football club!

To reach as much of the targeted audience as possible, the campaign was rolled out into
print ads, outdoor, online, social media and TV stings. We also turned the scouting process into a TV show where viewers could show their support by voting for their favorite player.

The winners of the competition were flown to Europe to meet the team.
The event received lots of media coverage and placed the Shield brand on the global stage.
